1,3x: Session Transfer Vs Actual Download (Fixed in 1.40)

This is great news. I have been noticing this for quite a while but could not find much discussion other than on incorrect bandwidth control. I did do a search after one session that gave a much higher download total than I had in individual torrents. Using the program "Invisibles" I finally was able to track down a 1 GB swap file that with a save time early in the morning when I wasn't using the computer. Perhaps all the Transmissionbt junk got put in there?

This is just rediculous, transmission is downloading in 5-7kb/s and utorrent in the virtual machine (BEHIND FIREWALL) downloads @ 6-700kb/s.... In the newest 1.4.0 version!

I'm very interested in improving Transmission's speeds, but please don't confuse multiple issues in a thread like this. It makes it hell for other people trying to search the forums.
