Crashing and Unable to Relaunch, completely random.

Had to move this, was in the wrong section. I just lost about 9 gigs (chump change right?) of data thanks to this app (just now, not total). Half the time when I am downloading, for no apparent reason, my speeds get cut in half or worse (no it is not a seeder/tracker issue), then when I try to quit the app, it just doesn't quit, sometimes I will let it just sit there saying "quitting" for 10 hours. This is even after numerous force quit attempts. I can't even locate the running process with a top/kill command in Terminal. Then I get tired of waiting cause it won't let me shut down my computer and have to do a hard shut down. After I boot up and rehash the torrent, look! Half my DLed data is gone, AWESOME! This is after I gave it HOURS to close connections? Are you kiding me? Update after update, it hasn't changed. I know how uncool it is to knock on free apps, but I am no dummy with a mac and can not for the life of me figure this out. Pausing and starting them will sometimes make it happen, pausing and starting a single or all torrents will sometimes crash my internet connection. Pausing and starting them will sometimes just crash one of the torrents on one tracker while leaving others running. It's often chaos and entirely unpredictable. I have come to not letting anyone touch my computer (including myself) when I am downloading. I don't want anyone to crash transmission as I am often exchanging extremely large files and the loss of half my data is 24 hours of downloading at max speeds. I have just recently upgraded to the new build, so maybe it is all solved, but that is what I have been hoping for many of the previous builds.

Either way, when the app is running properly, it is a dream. Simple, fast, easy, and clean. I love it, and I wouldn't even care so much about the crash issues if it didn't force me to lose so much data. Any fixes or ideas?

And I am sorry if this is a repost, as far as I can tell many people have these problems on individual levels and this is just a culmination post. Please forgive me and my extreme frustration.

Addition:
It just crashed upon removing a torrent and it's data file, same symptoms, refuses to fully quit even though it is not in my running applications list and can not be relaunched.

Alright. I have some of those things that I can provide, however often times my OS wont even acknowledge that there has been a crash. If it crashes one where, where it will allow me to actually fully close the app, I have the log for that. For example, I have upgraded already to the new 1.81 build, but I dont have a crash report for that build even though it has crashed. I will follow those rules to the T tomorrow and post a more formal explaination of the issue, however I wont be able to fully explain my problems with data as that data is not locatable! I will do my best and post back very soon, thanks for the response.

Alright, I send you guys a crash report to the pastebin. This one happened when I went to relocate my torrent files? The whole thing just freezes and refuses to quit, much like the other symptoms. The cause varies, but the affect is always the same. I will continue to send reports over provided I can actually get them.

Here is a new crash report, app totally crashed when I went to add a torrent and was sorting through the files in the add torrent dialog box, got crash report, icon still lit in my dock. been there for about 30 minutes so far.
