"invalid peer_id" error message

I downloaded some files using utorrent in XP.And they all 100%.Yesterday I want copy them into Linux and upload.I copy them into transmission's dir，and verify local data，some file smaller than 1G completed，and others file report a bug 'invalid peer_id' and pause.
Sometime I verify again and it work,and Sometime it pause again,I wasn't find this in utorrent.is it a bug?

This is an error from the tracker. Consult them.

But all tracker report this bug,I think it's not an error from the tracker,it can be an error from transmission.

"invalid peer_id" is most certainly from the tracker.
