I'd been using Transmission (currently 1.91 (10268)) for years no with no hiccups or complaints but there was an update a few weeks ago and since then it's been all mucked up, I was hoping one of all the following updates would fix it but no deal so far. Almost every time I open Transmission all my what should be seeding torrents show up as having no data so it starts to download them all over again. I have to pause it and do a verify local data each time which is sort of annoying because it takes so long as I'm currently seeding 350+ torrents on a few private trackers. All of them pass the verify local data part and then say "waiting to seed", which I'd never seen before all of this started to happen and I usually just tell all to "resume right away". Each time I close Transmission I do a proper pause and quit. Transmission really hangs on quitting for me but eventually it'll quit, usually.
My ratio on all my private trackers has taken a bit of a hit because of redowloading things I already have, and because of all the lost seeding time it takes to verify all my torrents again. I have a bit of a buffer on all of them but I'm hoping to get this straightened out as Transmission has been my favorite BT client for years. Any suggestions on how to get Transmission running smoothly again?
