i have not noticed if this was an issue in the past - because frankly i wasnt required to seed where i was dl'ing from before. but now i am in order to continue using a service.
i have gone in to prefs and checked these areas
transfers : management
seed ratio 1.00
seeding w/ max of txfrs: 10
bandwidth
global - not checked
upload rate - not checked
speed limit mode (10 k for each - not enabled)
no schedule checked
network
port is there and closed
randomize not checked
auto map port checked
proxy not checked
prevent sleep checked
However, while i expect it to seed up to the max of returning 1 copy of the file being dl, it doesn't -- after it completes the dl - (during which ul is listed as 0 k) it either sits waiting to seed, or at 0 of 0 seeding status.
any ideas how i can turn seeding on... i assume i am just missing a setting or something - but i have checked every screen in prefs...
thanks
