Sarotech NAS need guidance - newbie

Hi all,

A search for "sarotech" doesn't return any results and i didn't find any guides and howtos neither. So could someone please answer the following:

- Is there a solution for this device to run trans?
- Does it need a custom os or it is somehow integrated into existing?
- Could you please link me to an appropriate guide? (I just can't understand which I need - too many around and I'm not sure which is applicable)

I don't know if you're going to find help here for this question. It seems like most NAS users discuss system-specific things in their NAS product's forums and irc channels, rather than here. Does the NAS product you bought have user forums anywhere online?
