How do I tell which torrents are active?

Hi there

I am seeding about 450 torrents. Sometimes it is difficult to find which torrents are active, ie Transmission is showing showing upload activity but I can't tell which torent is being leeched. Any ideas? :?:

There is a Sort by Activity option in View -> Sort
