torrents not fully downloading

As I feared in my topic before it was locked, my problem is not getting the files to play, it is that they are not fully downloading.

They are showing green and 100% but there is actually nothing there.

I realized this when suddenly a green one turned blue and downloaded some more before turning green AGAIN! Presto! I could play that one.

What is my problem? Why are the files showing as complete when there is nothing there? How do I get the rest to complete downloading? Are my settings wrong?

Really? You think all 20 out of 22 are corrupted?
I tried the blocklist thing and will let you know.
Afterward none started to download again so I unsubscribed from the show and subscribed again to start fresh.
Any other suggestions?

OK now my torrents are downloading SO SLOWLY and many have a yellow triangle sign with an exclamation point?
How do I fix this latest snag?
