On some of the private bittorrent trackers that I use, Transmission 1.93 cannot scrape or announce because the server returns a 400 error, stating that the torrent is not registered with the tracker. 1.92 works just fine. I guess there's something that changed about the announce or scrape that the private trackers just don't like. Other public trackers seem to be alright.
Sorry I don't have any more info. I can provide more diagnostics if you'd like. I have two Macs, each running 1.93 and 1.92 respectively.

Re: Transmission 1.93 fails on announce
That is an error from the tracker. The announce and scrape have not changed. This is more than likely an error on the tracker end.

Re: Transmission 1.93 fails on announce
Sorry, I didn't mean to imply that the problem scope is narrow as announce or scrape or that it's necessarily Transmission breaking protocol. The tracker could easily be at fault here.
But...
1.92 works and 1.93 does not. I can open 1.92 and seeding/downloading starts up immediately. Open 1.93 and every single torrent fails immediately. The tracker software didn't change, Transmission did. Just reporting a behavior I've seen.
Edit: Tracker updated software in response to user complaints. Issue is now fixed. Still strikes me as odd, but I suppose if I'm curious, the patch to the tracker would probably be a lot illuminating than scouring what changed in Transmission.
By the way, thanks for your work developing Transmission.
