Prompt for Download Location?

I was doing some research on a seeding issue and found a page which recommends, among other things, setting to "Always ask me" to be prompted to choose a download location every time you import a torrent; however, I am assuming this is in reference to an earlier version of Transmission as I don't see this option given in v1.93 (10621).

Is it still possible to be prompted for download location with each import?
