Wow! I've been testing some of the nightly builds today, and I'm happy to report that the new memory cache enhancement to improve disk IO is working great. I noticed a huge improvement downloading large torrents (5+ GB) simultaneously.

Is their a way to turn off the Option Dialog when adding a magnet link?

I've turned off the "Show Options Dialog" but the box still pops up when adding a magnet link.

Was running super fine for ages, then the torrents sits there with 250 peers at 99.9% but doesnt seem to be able to get that last .1%.

I'm a newbie at torrents, but I read somewhere that if the seeder of the torrent goes into a torrent data file and alters the metadata - like renaming a track, then all the peers get stuck at 99+% because, as far as the clients are concerned, at least one block of data is corrupted. Could this be the case with your torrent?

I will have to try with more torrents, but the two torrents I had going before upgrading and paused where doing about 150KB/s before the update and only 50KB/s after combined on my NAS.

The new notify when done script option is great btw.. managed to setup a boxcar/prowl style notification in minutes.

Very similar problem here:
2.0 is very fast at starting to seed but TM seems to have a serious problem connecting to peers that are willing to seed. I tried the exact same torrent in 2.0, 1.93 and utorrent 1.0 beta. 1.93 and utorrent 1.0 beta connect way faster to peers that want to seed.
