My Transmission is too Slow!!!

I am downloading a 7.51 GB file and in the net is given +51 seeders and i am getting not more than 20/kbs i think i deserve more and i need your help please help me

I find transmission performs poorly in swarms with less than 70ish seeds/peers more than that and it can easily max my connection / set limits.
