Transmission RSS

Post by Ortix »

Will there ever be a built in RSS feed downloader like torrentflux or even utorrent? That would be so awesome!

If there are any 3rd party ones, can someone help me with installing it on my hp mediavault?

We'll be offering more support in the Framework for downloadable content in an upcoming revision. Awesome work on the Transmission plug-in!..There are many bit torrent clients for linux. Transmission is really good at what it does, but it is missing the rss feature, and a bandwidth scheduler.

I use FlexGet and the run batch file feature to send me a notice when a new torrent is added by flexget and when transmission is complete.. Instead of email however I use a script that sends a message to Prowl or Boxcar on my iPhone.
