Set bandwidth-limits & ratios by source

I would like to be able to choose bandwidth-limits, priority and seeding ratio for all torrents from particular torrent sites. At the moment I have to take care of this manually.

Me too. I would also like to add rules to my groups.

Maybe it would make sense to add the opportunity to set those values on a "per group" basis?

I would also like to see separate seeding ratios for different groups. I think these group settings should override the global settings. I have seen this requested in other threads, but never really addressed. Is this technically possible? If so, this would be a great additional feature to set transmission apart from the competition.
