Transmission Timer
I would like to use Transmission after 2am and before 8am to use my offpeak monthly download limit. Since I'm usually asleep at 2am is there any way to set a timer to turn on after 2am?

Ever thought of scripts and the OSs normal scheduler?

I have since found an easier way to achieve this:
Under Preferences/Bandwidth set the speed limit download rate to 0KB/s (set the speed limiter upload rate also if your plan is upload limited); schedule the speed limiter to the UTC hours you don't want to download anything; make sure your computer is not set to sleep automatically and your transmission should then be working away all night during off peak times.
