No. My interest is solely in completed torrents that are removed from Transmission and then added again. Here is how I tested r11395:Are you saying the transfer was incomplete in Transmission, the app was closed, the transfer is completed somehow, the app is reopened, and it's still excluded?
1) Launch Transmission.
2) Start download of a torrent that - as advised - had not previously been downloaded.
3) During download, check com.apple.TimeMachine.plist. The downloading file is excluded from backup.
4) When download completed, check plist. Exclusion removed.
5) Remove torrent from Transmission.
6) Add the removed torrent back to Transmission for seeding. Check plist. File now excluded again.
7) Quit Transmission.
8) Relaunch Transmission. Check plist. File still excluded.
9) Remove torrent from Transmission. Check plist. Exclusion removed.
