blocklists folder

Hi I have mac osx 10.6.4 (sno leopard)

I know it states that the block list floder is in the configurations folder under library/transmission


How ever in my library there is no transmission folder. I did a spotlight search, no dice. The only transmission file is the dmg file in my applications. Any help?

1) dmg file in /Applications? You're supposed to drag the .app files out of the .dmg and into the /Applications folder

2) It's actually in ~/Library/Application Support/Transmission/blocklists.

Yes, I found it I was just blind. Thanks!

But now how do I make a .bin file? I have my blocklist, but from iblocklist it comes as a form of .gz file and if I unarchive it, it is a txt file. How do I make it .bin?
