2.12 Blocklist not updating

Under preferences, under the peers tab, the update blocklist button is grayed out. I downconverted to 2.11, and the option is available again. I'm not familiar with where to get blocklists, etc. All I know is in 2.11, I update that list every time I fire up Transmission but it doesn't give me that option in 2.12.

Please search the forums. Literally the first post on this forum at the time you posted was about blocklists.
