Please help!
I have a Synology DS-1010+. I reinstalled (upgraded) its firmware. After updating, I cant run transmission-daemon, I get this error message:
Code: Select all
transmission-daemon: symbol lookup error: transmission-daemon: undefined symbol: zcfree
It gives me similar message on creation user.
I've tried to install zlib, I guessed zcfee is a part of it, but no solution.
Anyone can help me?

FWIW, zcfree() isn't used anywhere in the Transmission source code...? I don't know where that line is coming from.

I installed it on the NAS directly, not from the package manager. With some modification, everything is working now. I think the problem-source was the new beta firmware for 1010+. [A couple of fellows compalained on similar problem in Synology forum...]
