2.20 takes over bandwidth

hi,
im running OSX 10.5.8 on a G4 Mac. I can't browse on the internet when I have tranmission 2.20 open, it takes over the whole internet bandwidth. I have total peers set to 100 & new torrents are on 30 peers. When I quit transmission 2.20 or if i use transmission 2.13, web browsing comes back to life. whats new to 2.20 that'll do this? Is it a known bug? can I fix it, or will I be using 2.13 for ever now ?

I can confirm this behavior. I did not changed any settings, but since 2.20 browsing has become extremely sluggish if Transmission is running.

Don't have this problem, but I'm on a iMac dual core machine.
