Is 2.21 out already? I don't see it on the Transmission webpage though.

Yes it is, look at the source code on the download page, but you are correct it is not advertised on the main page and there is no Mac build.

There are no changes that will impact Mac users, so a new compiled Mac version wasn't needed.

Yeah. 2.21 updates some of the translations for the GTK+ client and fixes a bug in the source code packaging. None of this affects the Mac client at all.

I'm sure you're not the last person who's going to ask, though. We'll try to keep future releases synchronized.
