Enable "Force Start" option

Private trackers demand I press "Force Start" for getting seeding bonus.

It seems that there is no option for forcing start of some torrents. The meaning of that(so I understood) is that the client will seed the torrent, even know that there is no seed request from the tracker, and the user limit the active torrent to x(and there are x torrents which active). This client is very good, but it does not allow to private trackers to use in it.
If I made a mistake and there is a way to achieve it that has other name than "Force Start button", please tell me how.

First, I doubt that is what "Force Start" means since the big question there is, seed to who.

Second, the tracker is not the one who sends the actual seed request but the other peers when asking for an upload slot.

Third, the only clients I know of that have an upload slot are those with queues and "Force Start" is there to bypass the queue system. Since Transmission is doesn't have a queue system it doesn't need that kind of force start.

Fourth, from a technical perspective Transmission has everything to support private trackers in general. If they have some non-standard limitations then that is not something Transmission should take into consideration.

I'm new to transmission, 'cause Vuze doesn't work correctly in Linux(for me...). I love this client, but I was afraid I cannot use this client for private trackers.
Thanks for making clear for me what "Force Start" means(only for the torrents queue), wasn't sure what it is.
