r12186: CFServiceControllerBeginPBSLoadForLocalizations

I'm about to update from r12186 to r12188, and by random chance checked the Console, saw these messages (never seen them before), so I'm posting them just in case:

All of them are from the same build (r12186), there are no crashes involved. Updating to r12188.

Edit: Updated, noticed that the errors are showing up as I close Transmission:

I've had the pbs time out messages with other random apps. For some odd reason, a reboot solved the problem.

This is a bug in pbs (in snow leopard).

If a reboot dosen't stop those pbs errors, try the possible solution in the first link.
