So the other day, all my seeding torrents suddenly started showing "Error: No data found!"
Today, I downloaded a lot more.
Transmission (I assume) crashed my computer.
Now all the old files are seeding again, but the ones from today aren't.
I NEED THE ONES FROM TODAY TO BE SEEDING. NOW. PLEASE.
Every time I "Move data file to..." nothing happens. I've reset my computer, unplugged my hard drive... everything.
Why is this happening?
DISAPPEARING FILES
Re: DISAPPEARING FILES
Unfortunately, Transmission doesn't even recognize that there's any local data to verify. I'll tell it to move the data file, but nothing at all happens. Do I need to reinstall or something?
Re: DISAPPEARING FILES
Yeeeah that's what i'm already doing. :/
sorry to be such a bother.

To add to x190's comment:
If the drive/ location that you have set in your preferences isn't there/up and running when you launch Transmission, then the location gets quietly re-created at the root level
.
Soooooo you could some confusion regarding where the stuff really is.
Don't just check your preferences --- ***browse*** the settings. My bet is that you have a drive and a folder at your root with the same name and internal hierarchy. Migrate from the sneakily created folder to the real desired location ---- but set your "from" and "to" by browsing the selection. Don't rely on the name.
