Piece availability per file

Could Transmission show me the percentage of the pieces available in the swarm on a file-by-file basis?
Use case: Torrent with multiple files, 1 other swarm member, partial availability. I'd like to know if any of the files are complete.
From there I'd either cancel the download (if no one file is complete) or increase priority of the complete files (as all available pieces are equally rare that shouldn't be an issue)

There's not currently a mechanism to do this.

Maybe it might be something that we could expose via RPC, but I can't see this going into any of the Transmission GUI apps. It's a pretty small use case IMO.
