Port to iOS for Apple TV 2G

Hi all,

Do you see feasible the port of transmission's command-line to a jailbroken 2nd generation (black box) Apple TV (ATV2)?
It's an ARM machine running a version of iOS4. Other programs such as XBMC have already been ported to ATV2.

Would an ARM cross-compilation of Transmission and the required libraries just work?

I'm willing to work on this, but I'd need some guidance.

Since it seems that ATV2 is debian/ubuntu based then I would start here https://trac.transmissionbt.com/wiki/Building and try the Ubuntu section.
