Where can I find transmission-remote on mac?
Where can I find transmission-remote on mac?
Where can I find the command line program transmission-remote on mac? Thank you.
Re: Where can I find transmission-remote on mac?
The only Mac executable that the Transmission team provides is the Mac GUI.
For the other apps, you'll need to build them yourself or find someone else who builds them. IIRC there are a couple of links on the forums, if you search for them.

Re: Where can I find transmission-remote on mac?
I am new to both Mac Lion and Transmission.
I have the following problem:
Sometimes downloading torrents via transmission works just fine.
However recently when trying to download a 2.6 gb file, it downloaded 2.2 gb...then stopped and now while the number of peers keeps getting populated each time I try to resume my download, nothing gets downloaded..
53768 port is shown as closed..I tried randomizing the port on launch but this did not show any port open.
The peers get populated but nothing after that.
I shut the mac firewall as well. Nothing again.
Just to let people know Vuze/u torrent/bit torrent, none of them worked well..in fact in those torrent clients nothing ever gets downloaded..is this a Mac Lion issue then??
