one particular torrent won't seed

I uploaded a few torrents recently which seed fine. However one I uploaded yesterday had 8 peers connected but my torrent refused to seed. My other torrents were seeding fine. I verified the data and on my torrent site it was showing as 'one seeder' (me). Yet it would not seed. I tried giving it all my upload allocation and then various other smaller allocations. But nothing I could do would make it seed to the connected peers.
