I agree, this is the only and extremely useful feature Transmisson is missing.

To set different Transfer Bandwidth/Seeding Limits for each group.

I think this would have to coincide with the ability to set separate limits for groups, within the global limits. I posted a trac issue for it here but it's been dismissed, so do add comments to it! Basically the idea is to be able to limit download and/or upload to within the global limits, while simultaneously setting a hard limit; currently it's only possible to restrict both download and upload to the global limits at at the same time, which is a bit restrictive if you want to give a group unlimited download speed, but keep it within the limits for upload speed.

One thing that'd be particularly nice for groups though would be the ability to set download and upload limits as percentages, such that you can have say an urgent group with 75% of global limit, and a background group with 25%.

Definitely a really important update. Kind of stupid to set manually to every upload. different trackers need different uploading rules.
