Port is closed

have no idea what happend. but today the speed was way down from what it normaly is. nothing will go over 250 kb/s. so i think it might be that the port is not open???

anybody know what i have to do???

here is the wierd thing. just tryed on my laptop now to drop the wireless. so the cabel from the modem went straight to the laptop so the port was open. but still it did not go over 250 kb/s, i have 2 mb line here and the torrent i downloaded had a lot of seeders. did get half a second once in a while where the download speed did go up too 600 kb/s.

anybody have had this problem??
