why will remaining 30 MB of 1.03 GB not download?

I have successfully downloaded 1.02 GB of a 1.03 GB download. The remaining 30MB will not download. I cannot reconnect to the seeders. Even though 11 peers currently show in Transmission, none of them connect automatically and I don't know how to otherwise reconnect them.

I have already updated the tracker and verified the local data.

I was just wondering if you ever solved your problem, I am having the same one with 2MB to go on the download.
