Transmission - Multiple Blocklists

Has anybody had any luck getting Transmission Web UI to use, and equally importantly, update multiple blocklists?
I've tried entering in a few blocklists with the 'blocklist-url: hxxp://blocklisthere' config line but it doesn't seem to work.
The Transmission documentation seems to think that I can just drop a bunch of .GZ and/or textfiles into the /blocklists/ directory but when I restart Transmission it deletes them and only shows the 'Level1' blocklist as being the active blocklist

Anybody know what could be going on here?

System is TomatoUSB on an Asus N66U with a 300GB USB HD attached to it for storage / config files.

It's ".settings/blocklists" on TomatoUSB.
I've done that, placed 4 text files downloaded from IBlocklist into that directory, stop and restart Transmission and the files are gone. In it's place is the Level1 blocklist.bin
