How can I disable incoming legacy connections?

Hi all,

I'm running Transmission on my DNS-320 NAS, (Version 2.52 (13309)) and I normally handle downloads through utorrent on my PC.

Due to some ISP issues, I believe through throttling, I have only been successful with P2P sharing when I disable legacy connections.

The issue I am having here is that I cannot find anywhere in the settings.json file to disable legacy connections.

How can I do this? Is it possible? (please please please??)
