Gui Ratio Error

Transmission Gui (4.0.3) is sometimes showing ratio improperly on my system (10.8.2).
Any thought on why and/or how to correct this?

I've had this a few times when it's had pre-existing data for said torrent, that is that the ratio seems to be based on the amount actually download compared to uploaded, not on the torrents size compared to uploaded.
