Dock icon number for complete torrents disappeared?

I am using the most recent version of Transmission on my mac. When I used to download something and Transmission wasnt open in the background, a dock icon would appear with a number, letting me know the amount of downloads that had finished.

If 5 downloads had completed since I last opened it, a "5" would appear in the dock icon. This is no longer there with the most recent update? How do I re-enable it as I found this very useful?

This is still working for me. Are you talking about when transfers finish downloading or finish seeding? It only does this for the former currently.
