I've attempted to open magnet links from a couple of sites (tracker.example.com, Kickarse Torrentz and one from this thread to no avail). I'm using the Web UI which is being run from a NAS running Debian Lenny. I built Transmission 2.73 from this url - http://download-origin.transmissionbt.com/files/ and everything aside from the magnet links appears to be working.
I've stopped the daemon and then ran the command $ transmission-daemon -f to see if I can get some output from the daemon but I get this error (which I'm thinking is unrelated but every bit of info helps eh)
daemon starts back up again fine and I can open .torrent files, dl, seeding etc all good.transmission-daemon: error while loading shared libraries: libevent-2.0.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
