Port 51413 open but Transmission says it's closed

I'm using Uverse 2wire router, I already setup port forward and tested 51413 is in fact open, but Transmission says it's closed, any ideas?

You probably don't have an issue, the site that checks if the port is open is malfunctioning. Try to enter the port used by Transmission on http://canyouseeme.org and check it that way.
