Using Call Script

I just saw there is a preference option in Management to "Call script: when download completes." I would like to make a script that simply tells transmission to copy the downloaded file to my main hard drive into a specific folder. How do I get more information on how to make this happen? Can I make a script in automator hopefully, as I am no programmer

Update: I made an application in automator that will copy files to a specific folder and it works outside of transmission, but will not work as a Call Script.

Thanks very much for the reply x190. I tied changing the download location and incomplete location, but it did not work like I had hoped. I will move the post to general as suggested.
