total noob struggling with My Book Live

Ive downloaded the files, and unzipped them .
ive ssh active and ive finally figured out the directory structure.

but everything i read is for people with a strong knowledge and understanding of Linux/debian
All i want is to add transmission Torrent with web gui to my My Book Live..

How do I install it, run it, and make sure the web interface is live?
please help from SSH login onwards... sorry to be such a noob!
