Allow editing tracker list in the webinterface

the Shift web interface enables this:
viewtopic.php?f=8&t=12555

and you can get Shift integrated with a regular type web client here:

you can add multiple trackers at once or delete them too.

Under [Session][Shift] you can add a list of trackers to ALL torrents.

Integrating Shift with Clutch, weird ... interesting but weird ...
I have not looked back on the official interface since Shift became usable enough. (In old-skool black and green.)
