Does queue order affect simultaneous downloads

When two torrents are downloading simultaneously, will bandwidth be distributed based on queue order? Assuming the connection is saturated.

It doesn't seem to be consistent which one is faster, but of course that may just be the seeds.

The queue position is only to determine when a torrent will become active. Take a look at bandwidthPriority for prioritizing active downloads.

I see. On the Mac it's called Transfer Priority and is somewhat hidden in the inspector. Thanks!
