More Torrents than there is Directories/Files

Hello,

I am a bit puzzled by my transmission powered seedbox. I currently have 962 torrents active seeding and when I go to the download directory there are only 958 files and folders. There is only 1 download directory and only ever has been. I have deleted them all through the WebUI and re-added them to which they all verified with the download directory successfully.

Does anyone know why it might be that I can have more torrents than I do torrent directories? It just seems strange to me.

Maybe a bit late but the most likely reason for this that I can see is that two or more torrents share the same directory name, and that the files they share are identical but have at least one file unique to them self thus making the torrent-hash different between them.
