New Updates Coming ?

The last major update to this software was back in July last year -- 2014. That is 16 months ago. Is this project dead ? Is development continuing ? Is it time to move to a different client ? Any have any insight ?

A dev has said in another recent thread that that 2.90 will hopefully be out this year and that it will come with a Windows port.
