Transmission limit to 100 Mbs ?

Hello

I have 500 / 200 Mbps net with asus rt-ac56u and cubietruck with transmission 2.84
I can copy file from/to cubitruck with 35-40 MB/s but transmission looks like limit upload and download to 100 Mbs

I have many torrent and enough peer...
why?
