testing nighlty build..set the language to English, to stop crashing??

I see if the nightly builds crash try this "
If you're running a nightly build, set the language to English. The localizations will sometimes crash the nightly builds until they are updated right before an official release."


I dont see a way to set the language, so where is it?? im asking because yes, its crashing ALOT!

btw i have the latest stable nightly build
