save parts of torrent to different locations

I run Transmission on my Tomato USB powered router which has 2 USB drives attached.

I have a torrent I'd like to download but it is too big for the amount of free space I have on the drive where I normally download to.

This torrent is made up of lots of folders. If I could save most of the data to one drive and then one or two folders to another drive, I'd be able to download the whole thing. Can you split it up like that?
