JEDEC/IEC binary based units prefix

Hello

In Linux environments it is common the use of ISO 10-based unit for prefixes. In Windows, JEDEC units is used. Feature request is for enabling at choice between ISO or IEC/JEDEC prefix, and making it consistent throug platforms.
