Transmission on macOS 10.15 Catalina Beta

Hello,

I don't know if the developers are seeking help in testing Transmission on Catalina, but I can already report that it's super slow. It doesn't seem to take more CPU or RAM than usual but the app is almost unresponsive. The web interface is unaffected.

EDIT: To be specific, it's the GUI that is lagging, the download and upload are working fine.

The macOS 10.15 Developer Preview 3 fixed the responsiveness of the Transmission GUI. All good

Glad to know it's working in Catalina for when I upgrade. It doesn't look like anyone's working on Transmission right now. There's been no new build since in 7 months and no official release in a year and a half!

Sad to hear. I've settled on qBittorrent, for whatever it's worth. Deluge bogged down with e few hundred torrents, even v2. uTorrent is not creating a 64 bit Mac client.
