Following an SSD failure, I did a fresh install of Linux Mint.
I've connected the external drive where the torrent files are and opened them with Transmission. I did "set location" and "verify local data".
I'm using a new VPN provider, IVPN. Port forwarding is activated. Transmission says the port is opened.
The files are all with private trackers.
In the properties, in the tracker tab, I see the url of the tracker, list of x peers received x minutes ago. It seems fine.
But after a while, it will say "stalled". I don't seem to be seeding either. Before my SSD failure, I would pretty much always have something seeding.
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Re: Torrents stalled Transmission 3.0
I have been able to change the config files so the torrents don't stall anymore, but I'm not seeding. It says the port is closed. I don't know what to do. Firewall is not on. Port forwarding is activated on IVPN. I've added a rule in my router's settings.
