IPv6 only mode

Post by Pentium4User »

Hello!

Is there any possibility to avoid announcing IPv4 to trackers?
Some people are behind CGNAT/DS-Lite and can only be reached by IPv6.

kind regards

That sound like a bug.

I don't think it is a real bug.
Behind CG-NAT/DS-Lite a system still has a IPv4 address and the outside address can be determined by contacting a server.
It cannot be distinguished against IPv4 NAT without a port forwarding rule or an SPI firewall blocking incoming traffic.

I think an option not to advertise IPv4 would be the best.
